I have wanted to be a teacher since my middle school art teacher encouraged me and helped me find my confidence. That confidence spread to all areas and changed my life. Inspiring students to think outside the box and be confident in their abilities is my desire.

My husband and I have three children, five barn cats, two dogs, and eight chickens. My two oldest children are graduates of MSU and Carroll College. My youngest is a high school student in Ronan. I love reading, crafting, hiking, and camping.

For the last fourteen years, I have worked in various roles: special education teacher, paraprofessional, technology teacher, high school credit recovery teacher, and middle school art teacher. I am excited about getting to know the students of Dayton Elementary and helping them find their inspiration. I am grateful to be a part of the team of Wild Horses!
