The Native Youth Powwow is scheduled for April 26, 2025 at Sentinel High School. Grand Entries: Noon and 6 pm.

The Native Youth Powwow is an annual event hosted by
the Missoula County Public Schools Native American
Student Services department. The Native Youth Powwow
offers an incredible display of heritage, culture and
athleticism while honoring our Native youth.
Our local youth are highlighted throughout the event and
are included in the head staff as Head Dancers, Youth
Host Drummers and more. Youth participants range from
Tiny Tots as young as 2 years old to teens. Dancers,
drummers, singers and spectators come from
communities all over Montana.
The Native American Student Services team at Missoula County
Public Schools serves over 600 Native American students. Our
mission is to help Native American Students achieve
academically, culturally and socially to graduate and become
successful lifelong learners.
